Frequently asked questions

Will customers realize they're talking to an AI?

The agent speaks naturally and introduces itself as the business's assistant. You can play a recorded message at the start of the call, for example that the call is answered automatically.

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It doesn't make things up. It says it doesn't have that information and offers to have a colleague call the customer back. You get the customer's name, phone number and request by email.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes: you can port it, or use your SIP account with your current provider. You can also start with a new test number.

Can my staff and I still book appointments?

Yes. Every appointment goes into the same calendar: by phone, from the online booking page, or by hand. Staff can see just their own schedule, in the app or by calling the business with a PIN.

Where is the data stored?

In the United States: the app's server and the AI model both run in the US. Call transcripts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
